MONROE COUNTY LOCAL CONDITIONAL RELEASE BOARD
2000 – 2005 Appointed by Monroe County Executive Jack Doyle in 2000 and re-appointed by Monroe County Executive Maggie Brooks in 2004. Responsible for reviewing and conducting hearings on written applications of inmates in the Monroe County Jail who are serving local jail sentences, and who wish to be considered for early release.
2010 to 2011 TOWN OF IRONDEQUOIT PLANNING BOARD
Appointed by Irondequoit Town Supervisor Mary Joyce D’Aurizio in June, 2010. Responsible for reviewing applications and conducting hearings with other Board members regarding various residential and commercial development projects pending in the Town of Irondequoit.

TOWN OF IRONDEQUOIT, TOWN JUSTICE
2011 – present Appointed by Supervisor Mary Joyce DAurizio to fill the vacancy created by the election of the Honorable Vincent M. Dinolfo to Monroe County Court in December, 2010. Elected to this position in November 2011 and re-elected every four years thereafter. Responsible for presiding over one-third of all cases filed or originating in the Town of Irondequoit. Types of matters include criminal, vehicle and traffic, navigation, environmental conservation, landlord-tenant, small claims, and town code enforcement. Duties include overseeing pre-trial resolution of cases, conducting arraignments, conducting pre-trial conferences, conducting trial and hearings, imposition of sentence, and off hour immediate arraignments and search warrant review.
