Pat is a native of Rochester, New York. He attended Monroe Community College, graduating in 1983 with an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Criminal Justice. In 1985, Pat obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice at Rochester Institute of Technology, where he attained Dean’s List status. Pat obtained his Law Degree at Western New England University School of Law in Springfield, Massachusetts, graduating in 1989. While at Western New England University School of Law, Pat attained Honors in the Lawyer Process Course, as well as being selected for Who’s Who Among American Law Students in 1988 and 1989. He was admitted and licensed as an attorney to practice law in New York in 1991. That same year, Pat also was admitted as an attorney eligible to practice in U.S. District Court and U.S. Bankruptcy Court.
Pat was an Assistant District Attorney with the Monroe County District Attorney’s Office from 1991 through 1998. He joined the Law Firm of Faraci & Lange as an Associate Attorney in 1998. In 2007, Pat became a Partner in the Law Firm of Moyer, Russi & Randall, P.C. In 2019, Pat opened his own private law practice located in Brighton, New York
In 2011, Pat was appointed, and then elected to a four-year term as a Town Justice in the Town of lrondequoit. Pat was re-elected to this position in 2015 and again in 2019. While serving as Town Justice, Pat still maintains a very active and diverse law practice.
Pat’s primary areas of practice include criminal defense litigation, DWI defense litigation, vehicle and traffic litigation, residential and commercial real estate transactions, Wills, Estates, Planning and Probate matters, Consumer Bankruptcy matters, and foreclosure resolution.
Pat serves as an Adjunct Professor at Roberts Wesleyan College and is a former Adjunct Professor in the Departments of Law and Criminal Justice and Paralegal Studies at Monroe Community College, where he taught from 1998 through 2019. Pat also has served as a guest speaker for seminars presented by the Criminal Justice Section of the Monroe County Bar Association.
Pat is an active member of various legal organizations including the New York State Bar Association, New York Magistrate’s Association, Monroe County Bar Association and Monroe County Magistrate’s Association. Pat currently is serving as President of the Monroe County Magistrate’s Association.
